• A £40 deposit is required upon booking, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments for clinical, safety, or operational reasons.

• Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in treatment being declined or adverse outcomes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Refunds for deposits or treatments will be processed according to our booking policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All treatment prices are indicative and may change without prior notice.
• Exact costs will be confirmed before your treatment.
• Payments can be made via accepted methods in clinic.
• Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if payment is not received as agreed.

6. Treatment Suitability

• All clients must undergo a consultation to determine suitability for treatments.
• The Belle Vie Clinic & Co reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
• Results vary between individuals; no guarantees are provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and relevant information.
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions carefully.
• Inform the clinic of any changes in health or medication that may affect treatment.
• Treat all staff with respect. The Belle Vie Clinic & Co operates a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour. Any breach may result in immediate termination of treatment and refusal of future appointments.

8. Age Restrictions

• All treatments are strictly for clients 18 years or older.
• Valid identification may be required before treatment.

9. Liability

• The Belle Vie Clinic & Co shall not be held responsible for adverse outcomes if pre- or post-treatment instructions are not followed.
